Product Overview
The Front Cover is used in E-SCO, E-sCAiO modules that are fixed in patient monitors. The modules provide airway measurements and these modules are single width plug-in modules. The airway module measures and monitors gases inhaled and exhaled by the patient through the system. The front cover is matted to the front chassis assembly of E-SCO, E-sCAiO modules by means of mounting screws and conductive sealing. This cover is used to enclose or encases the modules in order to protect the individual components. To use this module, the monitor needs to pre-configure the extension rack from manufacture. In order to align the module with the insertion guides, one needs to push the module into the monitor frame until it clicks and stops. This cover is made up of a Cycoloy™ C2800 material, which is a blend of Polycarbonate (PC) and Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene (ABS). It is flame retardant, durable, possesses high flow and good processability with good impact and heat resistance. This material, mostly used in injection molding applications.
